Manager, Web Development
Location : In-office location (preferably Chicago, SF, NY)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Development Manager to join our B2B global marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building and maintaining our web platform. You'll be responsible for working with a multi-functional team of designers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to develop and maintain Rakuten Advertising's marketing and event sites. You will be working with a variety of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, WordPress, APIs, GitHub, amongst other frameworks. Your role will also include collaborating on objectives and key results (OKR) planning, road mapping, and managing vendor relationships.
This role reports to the Director of Creative at Rakuten Advertising and requires a deep understanding of web development, website properties, best practices, digital advertising, marketing automation, third-party integrations, data analysis, and a strong ability to drive results through global marketing initiatives.

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements. USD $65,529.00 - $112,644.00 annually
