Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve complex network-related issues to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Design, implement, and integrate new networking hardware and services to enhance infrastructure performance.
- Monitor network activity and performance using advanced tools to proactively address potential disruptions.
- Establish and maintain robust network security protocols, including firewalls and encryption technologies.
- Develop and update comprehensive network documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and network health.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage and maintain enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server hardware.
- Oversee the configuration and management of network devices, including routers and switches.
- Optimize backup technologies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in managing Windows and Mac systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and configuration management.Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.Familiarity with Cisco routers and backup technologies.Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.Experience with Google Workspace and cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
