Education Center Operations Manager
AGradeAhead is a leading after-school tutoring center focused on helping students excel in Math and English. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Education Center Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, parent engagement, and business growth across two centers.
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven operations leader with mandatory hands-on experience running an educational academy, tutoring center, or similar learning institution. This role manages center operations, drives enrollment growth, and ensures a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staff coordination, and student enrollments.
- Maintain an organized, positive, and fully operational learning environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and continuous process improvement.
- Support smooth delivery of tutoring programs and center logistics.
2. Business Development & Growth
Implement marketing, outreach, and community partnership strategies to drive enrollment.Analyze enrollment data and identify opportunities for growth.Build relationships with schools and community organizations to increase brand visibility.Support leadership in setting and achieving revenue and growth targets.3. Parent Engagement & Customer Relations
Serve as the primary contact for parents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.Conduct parent updates, meetings, and engagement events to build strong relationships.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a welcoming center atmosphere.Manage communication regarding student progress and center activities.4. Staff Coordination & Support
Collaborate closely with instructors and admin staff to ensure smooth class operations.Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training to maintain high performance standards.Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.Support staff scheduling and workflow optimization.5. Financial & Compliance Management
Oversee tuition payments, invoicing, and accurate financial recordkeeping.Ensure compliance with center policies, educational standards, and safety regulations.Manage center documentation, reporting, and operational audits.Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.Schedule
Hours : 12 : 00 PM 8 : 00 PM (Full-time) Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate.

Potential to advance into a multi-center operations leadership role overseeing both Liberty Hill and Anderson Mill locations, with increased responsibilities and compensation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory :
Hands-on experience running an educational academy, tutoring center, or similar learning institution.Additional :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.2+ years in operations, business development, or customer relations, preferably in education.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus.Why Join Us?
