Sales Director (Healthcare Industry) – Remote Work

About the role : In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and / or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, focusing on healthcare sectors (hospitals, health systems, pharmaceuticals, MedTech).
- Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
- Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.
- Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health systems sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical within the healthcare sector.Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in healthcare or life sciences markets.Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges common in healthcare.Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.Native English or fully bilingual (English).What We Offer
