This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker capable of balancing day‑to‑day financial operations with long‑term planning to ensure continued success and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team, overseeing daily financial operations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting and strong internal controls.
• Advisory on strategic financial decisions, long‑term planning, and relationship management with banks, lenders, and CPA firms.
• Oversee 401(k) administration and insurance renewals.
• Leverage industry expertise and dealer management software to optimize processes.
