Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic internal communications professional to join RRDs Corporate

Communications team. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful storyteller a team player and an advocate for

effective communications that strengthen organizations and positively impact the employee experience.

The Internal Communications Manager leads the development and execution of internal communications

strategies to deliver impactful messaging that reaches 30000 employees across the organization. The

Manager plays a key role in engaging employees in ways that inspires action and creates connection to RRDs

mission and goals.

The manager will collaborate across functions to align and support key business objectives and report to the

Vice President of Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support company goals values and business objectives.
• Own and manage the internal communications calendar to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of all communications
• Write and edit compelling content for internal channels with clarity and consistency. Maintain authenticity in internal messaging upholding the companys voice tone and style.
• Manage RRDs global employee communications platform implementing strategic initiatives (e.g. contests newsletters awards) to create opportunities for engagement and increased adoption.
• Drive cross-functional communications with various stakeholders collaborating with corporate departments senior leaders business units and other key personnel to promote high-value communications in support of departmental and Company strategic priorities.
• Strengthen organizational connection and engagement among hourly employees by partnering with plant and HR leaders to drive localized initiatives and improve accessibility in internal communications.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and leverage data to make recommendations for improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on internal communications best practices and industry trends

Additional Information :

RRDs current salary range for this role is $84100 to $134600 / year. The salary range may be adjusted

based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee and the range may change in the

future. At RRD it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and

compensation decisions may vary based upon but not limited to education skills experience proficiency

performance shift and location. Depending on the role in addition to base salary the total compensation

package may also include participation in a bonus commission or incentive program. RRDs benefit
