The Product Lifecycle Engineer is a key member of the product development team which works closely with other Engineering teams, such as the Test Lab, Manufacturing and Product Management to create competitive designs for Trane Commercial HVAC equipment. The selected individual must have the technical expertise to support and lead product design projects, product validation testing, drive to root cause for quality & reliability issues, interpret technical agency standards and conduct projects in accordance with standard engineering and stage gate PDP practices.

Windchill software or equivalent PLM (Product lifecycle management software) experience

Knowledge working with relevant computer applications, such as CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting)

Compensation :

90,000 - $105,000 annual

Base Pay Range : Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
