A company is looking for a Stock Administrator to manage the company's stock programs. Key Responsibilities Administer all aspects of the company's stock programs, including new grants, vesting, distributions, and cancellations Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the system, including oversight of tax reporting for stock awards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain effective SOX processes and controls around stock processes Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in stock plan administration Strong knowledge of multiple equity instruments In-depth understanding of compensation-related laws and regulations Experience managing stock programs in public company environments Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or equivalent certification is a plus
