This role supports operational technology across key areas including SCADA systems, control infrastructure, communications networks, and select third-party applications. The position ensures reliable data flow, system performance, and secure access across field and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SCADA systems and field communications infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain control system hardware / software, ensuring uptime and data integrity.
• Manage system access, security roles, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on infrastructure and application projects.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and system analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Assist in onboarding new technologies and systems integrations.
• Provide user support, documentation, and occasional training.
