Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Rental Coordinators to join our team! This role is a combination of customer service and vehicle service, ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

As a Rental Coordinator, you will :

Greet customers and assist with rental inquiries.
Process reservations, contracts, and payments accurately.
Explain rental policies and vehicle features to customers.
Inspect vehicles upon return and document any issues.
Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient rental operations.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure that vehicles are clean and ready for customer pick-up.
Check tire pressure, check fluid levels, and refuel vehicles.

Requirements :

Must be 18 years or older .

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles.

Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Availability for various shifts .
