Social Worker III PP Qualifications include but are not limited to :

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in social work programs or services.
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
  • Eligibility for North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and evaluate social work services and teams.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Social Worker III PP Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of social workers, providing guidance and support.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of social work services, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Collaborating with community organizations and stakeholders to meet service needs.
  • Monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Overseeing program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Facilitating staff development through training and professional growth opportunities.
