Salary : $83,000 – $87,000

What You’ll Do :

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state / federal regulations.

Collaborate with the DON and ADON to maintain high standards of patient care and efficient staffing.

Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, creating a positive, supportive work environment.

Optimize unit scheduling for proper coverage and workflow.

Conduct hands-on training, evaluate competencies, and support staff growth.

Ensure accurate and timely MDS documentation and utilize PCC knowledge to enhance resident care.

Assist with family and resident relations, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Represent nursing in facility-wide initiatives and improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For :

Active RN license in Florida.

Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing.

Supervisory experience with strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of PCC and commitment to patient-centered care.
