Business Developer / Outside Sales - Property Restoration Industry :  Water, Fire, and Disaster Damage Restoration

Location : North Houston, TX

Salary : $50,000 - 60,000 base plus UNCAPPED Commission Benefits :  Medical, Dental, Vision, Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card Are you a  driven, high-energy sales professional with a strong track record in business development and building relationships with   insurance agents, plumbers and / or property managers ? If you’re a true  hunter  who thrives on  building relationships and closing deals , this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for! Our client is a restoration contractor who helps homeowners and businesses restore their properties after water, fire and other disaster damage. As a Business Developer, you will build relationships with insurance agents and plumbers so when their customers contact them with damage, they refer them to you. Likewise you will build relationships with property managers so you're the person they contact when their buildings are affected by water or fire damage. This role is for someone who doesn't like sitting behind a desk, but enjoys outside sales! You'll be making multiple stops a day getting your foot in the door by visiting your prospects and building those relationships to earn their business. Who We’re Looking For :

  • Hunter Mentality  – You’re proactive, relentless, and thrive in an  outside sales  role, always chasing new restoration business.
  • Experience with outside sales- You have experience selling restoration, hvac, landscaping or other service related industries to insurance agents, property managers, or plumbers.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Generating New Business – Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with key industry players by making multiple stops per day.
  • Selling Restoration Services  – Take a  consultative sales approach  to solving clients’ restoration needs.
  • Closing Deals  – Attend networking events, conduct in-person meetings, and follow up to secure contracts.
