CRNA Opening - Grands Rapids, MI Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Hospital is designated as a Level 2 trauma center and has 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites.- Group covers a large mix of general and complex cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, ETCs, MRI / CT, heart and vascular, OB, and regional blocks.- Schedule includes a mix of 8,10,12,16, and 24-hour shifts- Professional, confident, and friendly team of providers- Shared home-call obligations approx. 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday every 6-weeks Compensation / Benefits - $112.75 / Hr- $30K sign-on bonus for 0.5FTE or greater- Relocation assistance- Full time benefit package- Malpractice insurance w / tail- CME funds, licensure and professional membership support- 403b with employer contribution & match Requirements - NBCRNA Certified- Active MI License - DEA- ACLS & BLS
