Key Responsibilities

Schedule talent-related activities and manage candidate communication

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and prepare offer letters

Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and support sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or technical recruiting

Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Suite

Proactive and eager to improve systems and processes

Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
