Sr. Tax Accountant

Job Description :

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch tax services to our clients. You will work closely with a team of professionals, including managers and partners, to provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance services. Your responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilities :

• Tax Compliance : Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Tax Planning : Collaborate with clients and team members to develop tax strategies that minimize liability and maximize financial benefits.
• Research : Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and conduct research to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Client Communication : Interact directly with clients to address inquiries, provide guidance, and build strong client relationships.
• Supervision and Mentorship : Assist in the training and mentorship of junior associates, helping them develop their tax knowledge and skills.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax returns and workpapers, meeting industry standards and compliance requirements.
