About the Role

We are looking for a Design Researcher who will bring curiosity rigor and creativity to uncovering insights that shape strategy and innovation. You will design and run research across a range of industries and problem spaces combining traditional methods with new digital and AI-enabled approaches to deliver meaningful discoveries.

In this role you will translate client questions into human-centered research strategies striking a balance between speed cost and depth to provide actionable insights. You will partner closely with strategists and designers to ensure that evidence and empathy guide the work from beginning to end. This role is ideal for someone energized by ambiguity eager to deepen their expertise and excited to contribute to the growth of our research discipline over time.

What Youll Do

1. Shape Research Strategy

• Partner with strategists to frame research questions and approaches
• Translate client needs into actionable research plans
• Support management of third-party research vendors platforms budgets and data security requirements

2. Execute and Synthesize Research

3. Test and Validate Ideas

4. Advance Our Research Discipline
