Job Responsibilities :
Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plansAssist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group settingManage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsMentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staffTeach / tutor in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practicesBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentAssist with administrative tasks as neededCreate, plan, and execute community math eventsManage and post on various social media and business accountsQualifications :
Passion for math and working with students (up to high school math level)Excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilitiesExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IIProficiency in computer skillsAll applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
