Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced Attorney to provide legal counsel and ensure regulatory compliance for all marketing materials related to lending. The role involves reviewing a variety of marketing materials to ensure legal compliance, offering timely legal advice, and interacting with internal teams to mitigate compliance risks. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and launch of innovative lending products, ensuring all marketing complies with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and provide legal counsel on lending marketing materials across various platforms including print, radio, and social media.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with marketing and social media initiatives related to lending.
• Provide legal guidance on the compliant execution of lending marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate and enhance compliance processes for lending product marketing and communications.
• Prepare for and assist with exams and audits related to lending marketing communications.
