  • Full Time
  • outpatient; Monday - Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling

  • Average Patients seen : 18 per day
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 5 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line

Compensation : - $313,000 - $350,000 Based on experience

  • Sign-on Bonuses ranging from $20,000 - $25,000
  • Relocation package available
  • $25k Retention Bonuses at year 2 & 4 based on location
