Our Genesis Baton Rouge location offers treatment for teen girls that are struggling with Mental Health problems, Substance Abuse Disorders, Family Conflict and Eating Disorders.
Our mission To provide the highest and most effective level of care for teenage girls struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma and / or disordered eating with the intention of supporting the entire family to be successful in the home after treatment. Our residential program is staffed with trained mental health professionals that provide evidence-based therapies in order to process, support, and encourage your teenage daughter to start her journey to recovery. We believe in treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

Provide individual therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventionsTreat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disordersCollaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plansDeliver culturally competent, client-centered careConduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicatedMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billingQualifications
Active, unrestricted LA license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (must be fully licensed - no provisionary licenses accepted at this time)Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health fieldExperience providing therapy to adolescents and familiesPhysical Demands
