Community Sales Manager

Join us as we add a Community Sales Manager to our Charlotte team! Key responsibilities include :

• Catering Sales : Develop and execute strategies to increase catering sales, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within assigned territory.
• Community Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to promote Jim 'N Nick's catering services within assigned territory.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Event Coordination : Work closely with the Catering Ops Managers to plan and coordinate catering events, ensuring all details provided by the client are managed to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team on local and company-wide campaigns that highlight catering services and community involvement.
• Planning and Tracking : Develop a plan for assigned territory and track daily outreach, networking activities, and community involvement through CRM software.
