We offer competitive sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with over one year of experience and $5,000 for those with less. Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have graduated from a respiratory therapy program accredited by the American Medical Association or be eligible for licensure in South Carolina. Recent graduates nearing program completion are encouraged to apply.
Certifications and Licenses Required
Applicants must hold a license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in South Carolina or be eligible for licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, as well as National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentials. Candidates hired after June 2016 must achieve required scores on both the Therapist Multiple Choice Exam and Clinical Simulation Exam within specified time frames. Additional certifications in NRP and PALS may be necessary for specific hospital environments.
