Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Bossier City, LA! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you're organized, personable, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors at the reception desk
Prepare quotes for parts and standard products
Process credit card transactions accurately
Provide support to the outside sales team with quotes, logistics, and general inquiries

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
