Phone Sales Manager

A company is looking for a Call Centre / Phone Sales Manager to drive phone sales initiatives and lead a sales team. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives to meet sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes aligned with business goals Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the sales process Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
