Job description
Location : San Francisco, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate : $22–$26.00 / hour
Schedule : Full-time, 100% onsite
Responsibilities :
- We are looking for someone who presents professionally, remains attentive and engaged at the front desk, and shows a strong willingness to learn at the Entry Level
- Oversee and manage access control software systems.
- Monitor real-time access activity and escalate issues to the appropriate parties (Workplace Ops, Physical Security).
- Manage employee badging, break / fix equipment support, badge printing supplies, and system auditing.
- Provide remote access and reception support for all offices (domestic and international).
- Maintain badge inventory and audit unused badges.
- Front Desk & Office Experience :
- Provide high-level hospitality and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby for employees, guests, and executives.
- Handle general inquiries and provide a seamless experience for visitors.
- Vendor & Equipment Management :
- Manage vendor relationships (access software providers, equipment repair, badge supply vendors).
- Order and maintain badge printing equipment.
