Responsibilities

• Foster, expand and leverage a network of excellent client relationships with a focused set of financial sector organizations (consistent with our growth strategy and trajectory).
• Drive the continued growth of ERM’s business through recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders.
• Further advance our reputation for supporting the highest profile M&A deals.
• Role Responsibilities : Building long-term client relationships – engage closely with infrastructure investor clients (and portfolio companies) to understand their needs and share insights from across ERM; identify, originate, and secure M&A Advisory opportunities in the infrastructure sector; work with other Partners to originate, develop, and secure advisory opportunities to support such clients as they shape their net-zero transition.
• Shaping and leading advisory assignments – central to shaping the future direction of sustainability and due diligence services to infrastructure investors; develop and execute novel ways to tailor advice; draw upon ERM’s global experience to provide high-quality advice; take senior-level accountability for scope and budget management for project assignments.
• Inspiring leadership – mentor and collaborate to guide junior team members, identify skills gaps, and pursue future team development.
• Maintain business health and safety performance standards, financial targets, project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction, internal risk management, and contractual requirements.
