Department : Settlement Department

This is a high-responsibility client-facing role for someone sharp detail-oriented and proactive. As our Settlement Officer youll be the final checkpoint before closing ensuring every funding is smooth compliant and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare settlement statements and ensure all financials are balanced
• Communicate with buyers sellers attorneys lenders and agents to finalize details
• Verify clients wiring instructions
• Set up wires in the bank for disbursement per verified wiring instructions
• Maintain accurate disbursement information in every file being disbursed
• Ensure that all disbursements made at closing match the prepared settlement statements
