This remote role supports key operational functions including payroll, billing, client onboarding, and outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks while working independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Manage billing and invoicing for services rendered
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding for new clients
• Onboard and orient new hires using agency resources
• Track and follow up on referrals and leads
• Maintain lead management and outreach logs
• Conduct warm and cold calls to organizations for networking and partnerships
• Provide administrative support to agency leadership
