We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented hybrid DevOps / IT Service Management Analyst to bridge the gap between development operations and IT Service Management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and process-driven environments, ensuring system reliability while driving continuous improvement through automation and service excellence. The ITSM Analyst within DS (Digital Security) is responsible for the execution of ITSM processes in accordance within Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management process guidelines. The Analyst ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and timely handling of all production ITSM activities to improve service quality and delivery. The individual will work closely with key business partners to guide and assist them on processes, while improving the ITSM policies and procedures in partnership with the ITSM Oversight team.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, IT Operations, or ITSM roles.
• Strong understanding of CI / CD tools (, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (, ServiceNow).
• Solid grasp of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
