Position Summary

The Project Engineer HVAC Mechanical supports the execution and delivery of HVAC mechanical projects by assisting in design coordination, procurement, submittal reviews, engineering, estimating, and quality assurance. The role serves as a technical resource and ensures engineering accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and collaboration across disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Coordination

• Assist in reviewing HVAC drawings, submittals, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.
• Support value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in developing project estimates and bid packages.
• Solicit vendor and subcontractor quotes and compile pricing for review.
• Participate in bid analysis and pre-construction planning.
