Spine & Scoliosis Specialists Novant Health is a state-of-the-art orthopedic spine practice serving the Triad region of North Carolina. We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team of 3 MDs and 4 PAs . This role offers a unique blend of office-based care, OR first assist, and inpatient rounding / discharging with minimal call requirements

• Support physicians in providing high-quality spine care.
• Perform in-office procedures, injections, and routine tests.
• Assist in surgery (OR first assist) and manage inpatient rounding / discharges.
• Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and medical record management.
• See approximately 10-20 patients per day in a private practice setting.
• Two convenient locations in the Triad, close to NC beaches, mountains, and major metro areas (Raleigh & Charlotte)

What We're Looking For

Current PA license in appropriate state, required.
