General Purpose :
The Clinic Nursing Director provides strategic and operational leadership over all clinical nursing services, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. This leader oversees licensed nurses, unlicensed assistive personnel, and clinical support teams, and partners closely with medical and operational leadership to align nursing services with organizational goals.
This role supports the advancement of team-based care, population health management, and integrated service delivery across STRIDE sites. The Nursing Director models leadership behaviors, coaching, and accountability to build high-performing, values-aligned teams.

Working Environment and Physical Activities :
Office environment within a clinical setting. Moves about the office environment and to other locations. Moves objects up to 25lbs and 50lbs occasionally. Communicates information to others. Discerns / analyzes information from others to assist in decision making. Enters data into computer programs via computer, mouse, and keyboard.

Work Schedule
40 hours a week
This role will provide leadership and oversight across multiple sites, including Englewood, Conifer, School-Based Health Centers, and Triage services.
We offer a competitive salary range of $92,624 - $136,700 depending on your experience.
This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
