We're hiring a Salesforce Administrator who loves building and automating in Lightning. This is a hands-on role where you'll design flows, configure objects, and create automations that make our teams faster and more effective. If you thrive on solving workflow challenges and scaling systems, this role is for you.
This position is based onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, or remote from Texas.
Your Impact
As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the go-to builder and problem-solver for our GTM systems. You'll own and evolve Salesforce Lightning, create automations that free up our Sales and CS teams, and deliver clean dashboards and reports that guide decision-making.
Your work will ensure Radix runs on efficient, automated, and reliable systems that scale with our growth.
Key Outcomes
- Automation & Efficiency – Build flows, validation rules, and automations that streamline GTM workflows
- Lightning Optimization – Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning to maximize usability and adoption
- Actionable Reporting – Deliver dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools that provide clarity to teams
- Data Quality – Maintain system integrity through regular audits, documentation, and governance
- User Enablement – Provide training, documentation, and support to drive adoption and effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
Own and administer Salesforce Lightning, including configuration, automation, and user managementBuild and maintain flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom objectsCreate dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools to support Sales, CS, and MarketingPartner with GTM teams to identify workflow needs and translate them into Salesforce solutionsSupport integrations with GTM tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, and ClariPerform regular data quality checks and enforce governance best practicesProvide training, documentation, and user support for Salesforce-related processesStay current on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant improvementsWhat You Bring
Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud, Lightning required)Strong hands-on experience building in Flow Builder and LightningProven ability to design and implement automations and system improvementsExperience supporting Sales, CS, or Marketing teams in a SaaS or B2B environmentSkills
High proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and automation toolsStrong reporting and data management skillsExcellent communication and user support abilitiesAbility to balance tactical fixes with scalable designPreferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)Familiarity with integrations for GTM or subscription billing toolsExposure to tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, or ClariHow You Work
