Bell Staff

The John Rutledge House Inn is an important historical landmark and a luxurious bed and breakfast in the heart of Charleston. We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time breakfast attendant / bellman to join our team. The breakfast attendant primarily works in the hotel kitchen and is responsible for both serving guests in the ballroom or courtyard and setting up and delivering trays for Room Service requests.

Hours are approximately 6 : 30am - 2 : 30pm. Must be able to work weekends and occasional holidays. Full time or part time position available.

Breakfast Responsibilities :

• Prepare Breakfast trays for delivery in a timely manner.
• Stock juices, yogurt, coffee, supplies for the shift
• Pick up all room service trays at the end of Breakfast service
• Wash dishes
• Keep a clean working environment before, during and after breakfast
• Promptly put away deliveries of refrigerated breakfast products, and all other items.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor
