Senior Project Manager- Hospitality Construction

Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in support of the Sports Hotels & Hospitality team in Las Vegas. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects within the hospitality sector.

This role will be primarily site-based according to the clients requirements as well as the option to work from the CBRE office or remotely. The work involves supporting the client with delivery of an 8-phase lounge refurbishment program at Harry Reid Airport (LAS). Phase 1 is due to complete end of January. Proposed improvements include finishes upgrades new furniture and artwork and décor to restrooms various lounges F&B spaces and the VIP area.

• This is a hybrid opportunity mostly onsite.
