Our property management company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, fostering a collaborative workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and procedures across our diverse portfolio of properties.

How Our Employees Make an Impact : The Human Resources Generalist helps managers make decisions relating to human resources, such as maintaining good relationships with employees and working with recruiting to hire new talent. The generalist will administer general human resources duties, such as payroll, benefits, and training. Duties include but are not limited to :

• Guide managers in employee relations.
• Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs.
• Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations.
