Job Summary / Objective :

The Closeout Coordinator is responsible for compiling, reviewing, and submitting all required project documentation for wireless site construction and upgrade projects. This role ensures that completed sites meet customer, vendor, and internal quality standards while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The Closeout Coordinator acts as the final checkpoint for project deliverables, supporting efficient project closeout and timely invoicing.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Collect, review, and organize all required closeout documentation, including but not limited to :

As-built drawings

  • Photos (pre-, during-, and post-construction)
  • Test results (sweep, PIM, fiber OTDR, grounding, etc.)
  • Permits, inspection reports, and sign-offs
  • Material certifications and warranty information
  • Verify that documentation meets customer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate with field crews, construction managers, subcontractors, and engineers to obtain missing or corrected documentation.
  • Upload and submit closeout packages via customer portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track closeout status for multiple projects and report progress to project managers.
  • Maintain organized records for audits, warranty claims, and future reference.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies between field reports and documentation requirements.
  • Support invoicing by confirming that all documentation is approved and meets billing criteria.
  • Minimum Education and Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, preferably in closeout or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of wireless site construction processes and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with carrier closeout requirements (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, DISH, etc.) and common portals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud-based project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with field teams, project managers, and client representatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred and Additional Eligibility Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of RF, transmission lines, and fiber testing standards.
  • CAD experience for reviewing or marking up as-builts.
  • Experience with photo management and editing tools to meet carrier photo standards.
  • Preferred Skills :

    Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel Required :

  • Primarily office-based with occasional site visits for documentation verification.
  • May require flexible hours to meet carrier submission deadlines
