This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of the client and finding solutions to it, and answering inbound calls. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include specific computer specifications, minimum internet speed, power backup, and a secondary internet backup. Computer specifications include minimum Intel specs, processor, RAM, storage, and graphics. Internet speed requirements include jitter, latency, upload, and download speeds. Power backup should be able to sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift), and secondary internet backup should meet specific jitter, latency, upload, and download speeds.
