We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person who loves helping others and thrives in a team environment. As a Customer Service Admin, you’ll be the friendly voice customers and contractors rely on for support. You’ll handle warranties, claims, and contractor programs with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for creating a great experience, every single time.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service to customers and contractors
- Process and track warranty and claims requests with accuracy and care
- Manage contractor program submissions, reporting, and communication
- Keep customer data up to date in our CRM (HubSpot) and assist with sales reporting
- Serve as the main contact for our contractor program hotline
- Step in to support the Customer Service Lead as needed
