Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate : $26 per hour ($54,080 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek)
• Paid Time Off : 48 hours to start, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays : 7 per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

Your Role : Driving Project Success

As a Bid Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC and facility management projects, collaborating with internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will support our procurement processes and ensure projects meet safety, health, and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include :

Client & Team Collaboration

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Promote awareness of safe work practices and uphold BGIS values in all communications. Coordinate with dispatch, subcontractors, and business leaders to ensure seamless project execution.
