As a Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while handling inquiries, directing calls, and performing clerical tasks as needed. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Provide information to callers regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of calls received and messages taken.
- Perform data entry tasks to update client information in the database.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and front desk responsibilities as required.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette at all times while interacting with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Experience with multi-line phone systems is highly desirable.Previous clerical or administrative experience is beneficial for managing office tasks efficiently.Proficiency in typing and data entry to ensure accurate record keeping.Familiarity with front desk operations and dispatching procedures is a plus.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
