Quality Review Analyst - 3D Modeling (contract)

Position Overview

The Geospatial Data Analyst is responsible for evaluating, validating, and documenting tower and ground-based asset information using 3D modeling tools and aerial imagery. This role ensures data accuracy across internal systems, identifies discrepancies between physical installations and lease agreements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of asset data.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize 3D modeling applications to inspect and analyze aerial photographs of towers and related ground assets.
• Validate tower attributes such as coordinates, structural dimensions, and height to ensure compliance with business tolerances.
• Create and maintain geospatial objects within the 3D environment and establish relationships between objects and system data.
• Conduct detailed inventories of customer equipment, identifying discrepancies between lease agreements and actual on-site installations.
• Review photographic data to identify key tower and site elements and update internal systems based on findings.
• Validate asset data across internal databases, adhering to established data quality standards and reporting discrepancies.
• Assess deliverables from cross-functional teams and collaborate with field representatives to refine and validate asset data.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.
