What You'll Do

• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned patients.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Identify yourself as the nurse responsible for patient care to patients, families, and physicians.
• Deliver care within the scope of LVN practice under facility and state regulations.
• Support the RN and healthcare team in patient and family education.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
