Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Pompano Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with handling administrative duties and managing office affairs, with a strong focus on utilizing QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize QuickBooks for the management of invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in cutting checks and keeping track of company finances.
• Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks around the office to ensure smooth operations.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to organize, document, and communicate office affairs.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and maintain customer records.
• Employ knowledge of Accounting Software Systems for financial management.
• Use ADP - Financial Services for payroll and HR functions.
• Manage Concur for travel and expense reporting.
• Use Dentrix Dental Software for managing dental practice operations.
• Utilize 'About Time' for efficient workforce management.
