Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire (36 months CTH)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our team onsite in Las Vegas, CA. This role is focused on production support for in-flight projects, with opportunities to contribute to design and architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET development, Angular, and SQL (especially stored procedures), and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in fulfillment or shipping systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on production support for enterprise applications built on the .NET stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
  • Write and optimize complex stored procedures and database queries.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
  • Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and support initiatives.
  • Leverage modern development tools and AI-assisted platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, ReSharper) to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Assist in the design and architecture of new features and system improvements.

    • Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Strong experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience supporting production environments and resolving real-time issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or shipping systems.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
