Maintenance Planner & Storeroom Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS :

Manage Preventive Maintenance Program at the plant level :

• Plan, schedule and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Work with plant management to continuously upgrade PMs, tasks, and equipment tables.
• Assist with purchasing function of parts needed to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure CMMS software data files are complete and current.
• Manage a current back log of needed repairs. Develop a weekly schedule and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in determining job priorities.
• Supervise and directs the maintenance staff and provides on-site expertise. In the absence of the supervisor.

Plan major equipment outage schedules utilizing MS Project :

Identify, analyze and review maintenance problems with management :
