This Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to lead the operational setup, launch, and support of the fabrication area that will supply to our new refrigeration assembly line. This position will lead a 3 shift operating department of skilled team members in the plant, consisting of over 60 people once fully staffed. You’ll build the team, lead cross-functionally, manage project execution, and own the line beyond launch - all while helping build a culture where people and performance thrive.

Bachelors or better.
Preferred
Bachelors or better in Engineering.
Experience
Required
Minimum of 8 years of leadership in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with all levels of the organization. Growth mindset and willingness to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
10-15 years of leadership in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated ownership of a major operational department. Cross-functional experience in manufacturing (Quality, Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering, etc.) Experience with MES and ERP systems. Experience with Toyota Production System or similar.
