We drive revenue growth by turning customers into lifelong United flyers through personalized marketing data-driven insights and seamless digital engagement. The Digital Marketing Operations group supports the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and analytics that fuel this mission.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Marketing Campaign Operations team. This role will focus on collecting analyzing and interpreting marketing data to deliver insights that enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with marketing data and technical teams supporting audience targeting automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and loyalty data to identify patterns trends and optimization opportunities
- Build and automate dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Develop and manage data extensions and audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using SQL
- Support the development of marketing data pipelines and automated workflows in PySpark and Databricks
- Maintain data standards and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve campaign execution reporting and decision-making
