Job Description
Make a difference by joining a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the U.S. Army’s evolving training and operational frameworks. As a Training Developer, you will employ your extensive experience as an Electromagnetic Warfare Soldier to develop, plan, and deliver critical training documentation and activities that directly influence capability readiness within the Army.
Working remotely, this role demands a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on independent work and collaboration with diverse Army commands such as the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and Army Futures Command (AFC). You will plan, execute, and report on Soldier Touch Points, Technical Exchange Meetings, and After-Action Reviews, ensuring training content aligns with the highest operational standards.
